Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational culture and job burnout among teachers in Arab schools within the Green Line. To achieve the study objective, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach by applying the study tool, the questionnaire, to a sample consisting of 515 teachers of both genders who were selected using a simple random sample from a total of 18 middle and high schools. The results of the study showed no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational culture based on gender and academic qualification, while significant differences appeared according to the variables of years of experience and generation. It indicated the existence of an inverse relationship between organizational culture and the dimensions of job burnout (emotional exhaustion and poor personal achievement). In light of the study results, the researcher recommends encouraging teamwork and enhancing the process of exchanging experiences among teachers, in addition to providing training programs aimed at developing teachers' skills and enhancing communication between them.
